Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations to ensure efficiency and store cleanliness.
- Learn and execute inventory management, stock replenishment, and display merchandising standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints effectively.
- Support the Store Manager in supervising and mentoring junior retail staff.
- Monitor sales performance targets and implement strategies to boost store productivity.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with shift scheduling, attendance management, and cash handling operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership potential with a willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
