Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of test technicians and junior engineers to ensure optimal daily operations.
- Develop and refine comprehensive testing procedures for standard and special devices to ensure product reliability.
- Monitor and analyze test data to identify trends, resolve technical bottlenecks, and improve yield performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and Quality Assurance, to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all phases of test engineering.
- Manage resource allocation and project timelines to meet production targets and service level agreements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in test engineering or production environments, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor testing methodologies, hardware, and software platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and operational gaps.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing environment with a focus on precision and safety.
