Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with organizational policies.
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures and systems to improve workflow and productivity.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and adequately stocked.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Prepare and review reports, correspondence, and documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
