Responsibility
- Coordinate HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Serve as a liaison between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and the internal team.
- Manage office administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and supply management.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update company policies and procedural documentation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the HR team in resolving employee queries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in HR coordination or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws is a plus.
