Responsibility
- Process and manage sales-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with sales teams to track and update transaction records, maintaining a seamless flow of information between departments.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, performance metrics, and other administrative documents to support decision-making processes.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, answer inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other materials for sales meetings, pitches, and client interactions.
- Monitor and manage sales databases, CRM systems, and filing systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Support the sales team with logistical arrangements for meetings, events, and travel, both locally and internationally.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in sales administration to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales administration, office support, or a related administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the real estate, construction, or sustainability sectors is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with hybrid or remote work tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello) and a proactive approach to virtual collaboration.
