Responsibility
- Manage and maintain electronic procurement systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Oversee the preparation, verification, and renewal of corporate legal documents (NIB, SBU, SKT, NPWP, Akta, etc.).
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to facilitate procurement processes and resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards in all procurement activities.
- Monitor and track the validity periods of critical documents to prevent lapses and ensure timely renewals.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of procurement transactions, contracts, and related documentation.
- Assist in the digital transformation of procurement processes by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including report generation and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of corporate legal documents and their renewal processes.
- Proficiency in e-procurement systems and digital tools for document management.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian corporate regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
