Responsibility
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of office spaces, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to ensure a tidy and hygienic environment.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling programs in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
- Restock and replenish office supplies, including paper, pens, and other essential items.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are available.
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of office equipment and inventory.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in cleaning or maintenance is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, such as office cleaning, janitorial services, or facility maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
