Responsibility
- Compile and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales databases for retail electronics products.
- Generate comprehensive sales reports and present insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure all sales transactions are recorded and reconciled in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and coordinating with the procurement team.
- Provide administrative support to the retail team, including handling customer inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain organized filing systems for sales records, invoices, and other relevant documents.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving retail operations and customer service.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the retail or electronics industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data entry and analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data and reports.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and inventory management is a plus.
