Responsibility
- Oversee daily supermarket operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local retail laws.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local community stakeholders.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to uphold the company’s reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a supermarket or large retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local market trends, consumer behavior, and retail best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
