Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor the distribution of products across assigned regions to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and warehouses to optimize distribution networks.
- Oversee inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Analyze distribution data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards in all distribution activities.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address delivery issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on distribution performance, challenges, and solutions to management.
- Lead and mentor distribution team members to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of distribution networks, inventory management, and transportation logistics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in using logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
