Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and sales performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction in alignment with company standards.
- Train, mentor, and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role in retail.
