Responsibility
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
- Assist in the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of food products and service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the training and development of store staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of store facilities and equipment to ensure they meet operational and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit reports on store performance, including sales, expenses, and customer feedback.
- Participate in continuous learning and development programs to stay updated on industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.
