Responsibility
- Lead and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of productivity, customer service, and team morale.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Conduct regular store audits to maintain visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements for store performance.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, resolving complaints and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with regional managers to implement promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and inventory tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
