Responsibility
- Lead and supervise floor staff to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor and optimize customer service quality, resolving escalations promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with management to implement sales strategies, promotions, and inventory control.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all operational areas.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales, staff performance, and operational metrics.
- Manage shift schedules, payroll, and staffing needs to meet business demands.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B retail industry, with at least 1 year as a Supervisor or Floor Leader.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and retail KPIs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related fields is a plus.
- Passion for the F&B industry and a commitment to continuous improvement.
