Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple Chooks-to-Go retail branches in Bali, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.
- Train, mentor, and supervise store staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain brand standards.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local business laws.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimize store operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with regional managers to report on store performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of inventory management, sales strategies, and retail operations best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
- Willingness to travel between store locations in Bali as needed.
