Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of technical standards, procedures, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on technical operations, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and risk mitigation in technical operations.
- Conduct technical audits, performance reviews, and gap analyses to enhance system reliability and operational uptime.
- Mentor and train technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
- Support the integration of new technologies, automation, and digital tools to streamline operations.
- Prepare and present technical reports, recommendations, and strategic insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in technical operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or SME role within a large-scale industrial, marine, or infrastructure environment.
- Proven expertise in operational process optimization, maintenance strategies, and technical problem-solving.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (ISO, API, ASME) and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives, IoT, or predictive maintenance tools is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali or travel as required.
