Responsibility
- Administer and manage subcontracts from inception to closeout, ensuring compliance with terms, conditions, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, legal teams, and external subcontractors to facilitate smooth contract execution and resolve disputes or issues.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, including deliverables, timelines, and quality standards, and report deviations to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, including amendments, change orders, and correspondence.
- Prepare and present regular reports on subcontract status, risks, and financial performance to project leadership.
- Ensure all subcontracts adhere to Acciona’s policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
- Support the procurement team in evaluating subcontractor bids, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of subcontract management tools and processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in subcontract administration, contract management, or procurement, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or renewable energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of contract law, terms, and conditions, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Spanish) are a plus.
