Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and other departments to streamline interdepartmental communication and support.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to maintain operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for audits and internal reviews.

- Assist in budget planning and monitoring for administrative expenses.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative management or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
