Responsibility
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth communication and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Provide comprehensive sales support, including preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate records and timely restocking.
- Process customer transactions, including orders, payments, and invoicing, with high accuracy.
- Maintain and organize sales documentation, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Generate regular sales and performance reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration, client coordination, or a related role.
