Responsibility
- Provide expert consultation to students and parents on study abroad options, including universities, courses, and scholarships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their academic and career goals to offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct one-on-one and group consultations, both in-person and virtually, to guide clients through the application process.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into enrolled students.
- Stay updated on global education trends, visa regulations, and admission requirements for key destination countries.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content and campaigns that attract prospective students.
- Manage client databases, track interactions, and follow up on leads to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Represent PT Active Study Indonesia at education fairs, webinars, and networking events to promote our services.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven sales or consultative experience, preferably in education, travel, or service-based industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for international education and a desire to help students achieve their academic dreams.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client needs.
