Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive consultation services to students and families regarding international study programs, university admissions, and visa requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Conduct educational seminars and represent the company at local school events or exhibitions.
- Stay updated on global education trends, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion processes.
- Manage the end-to-end application process for students, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales or consultancy, preferably within the education or service industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (to effectively communicate with our diverse client base).
- Highly self-motivated with a strong hunger for achieving sales targets and earning high commissions.
