Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and effective instructional sessions tailored to adult learners’ needs.
- Develop and adapt curriculum materials to ensure alignment with educational goals and participant capabilities.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to participants, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with the programme team to design, implement, and evaluate educational initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and assessments for reporting purposes.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities.
- Stay updated with best practices in adult education and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching, training, or supporting adult learners (experience in special needs education is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse groups.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for empowering adults through education.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and adaptive teaching strategies.
- Proficiency in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is advantageous).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to undergo relevant training and professional development.
