Responsibility
- Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English language lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Design and implement interactive teaching materials, including multimedia resources, to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute educational programs and extracurricular activities.
- Foster cultural awareness and global perspectives through language instruction.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA is highly desirable.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to their holistic development.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Familiarity with modern educational technologies and digital learning tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and embrace its cultural and professional environment.
