Responsibility
- Provide full-cycle study abroad consulting, from profile assessment and school selection to application submission.
- Develop personalized academic and extracurricular roadmaps for students aiming for top-tier institutions.
- Stay updated on the latest admission policies, trends, and requirements for schools in Singapore and abroad.
- Conduct professional consultations with students and parents to manage expectations and provide actionable advice.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality documentation, including essays, resumes, and portfolio preparation.
- Manage client relationships proactively to ensure high satisfaction rates and referral growth.
- Represent the company in workshops, seminars, and networking events to build brand authority.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience in international education consulting, international schools, or university admissions departments.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore local education system, MOE guidelines, and private school enrollment processes.
- Proven track record of successful student placements, especially in top-tier global institutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English to engage with high-net-worth families.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to handle high-pressure environments.
- Degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; overseas education background is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing complex application timelines.
