Responsibility
- Maintain and optimize studio network infrastructure to ensure high-speed, secure, and redundant connectivity.
- Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime and stream interruptions.
- Configure and manage firewalls, switches, routers, and other networking hardware.
- Implement and enforce security protocols to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT needs for creative and operational workflows.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
- Document network configurations, changes, and incident reports for future reference.
- Stay updated with emerging IT trends and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in IT infrastructure, network administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and security best practices.
- Experience with firewall management, network monitoring tools, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are highly desirable.
