Responsibility
- Manage and maintain all studio documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply management.
- Provide HR support, such as onboarding new employees, managing payroll data, and maintaining personnel records.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including expense tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes to ensure effective communication.
- Develop and implement efficient filing systems for both digital and physical documents.
- Liaise with external vendors, clients, and partners to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the studio is well-stocked and operational.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative, HR, or office management roles, preferably in a studio or creative environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
