Responsibility
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with precision and discretion.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for executives and visitors.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation as required.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
- Oversee office supply inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is a plus.
