Responsibility
- Oversee and manage student records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all documentation.
- Coordinate student enrollment, registration, and orientation processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Liaise with faculty, parents, and students to address academic concerns, disciplinary issues, and general inquiries.
- Develop and implement student support programs to enhance engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Organize and facilitate student events, workshops, and extracurricular activities to foster a vibrant campus community.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and progress, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of academic materials, schedules, and communications.
- Maintain compliance with educational policies, regulations, and institutional standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in student services, academic administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in student management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
