Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute training events, workshops, and seminars from inception to completion.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless event logistics, including catering, AV equipment, and materials.
- Develop engaging event agendas, timelines, and run-of-show documents to keep all stakeholders aligned.
- Manage registrations, attendee communications, and post-event follow-ups to enhance participant satisfaction.
- Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to align event content with learning objectives.
- Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative event formats to keep IK Academy’s offerings fresh and impactful.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in event coordination, training logistics, or project management, preferably in the education or corporate sector.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with vendors, trainers, and attendees.
- Proficiency in event management software, MS Office, and CRM tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to last-minute changes in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for learning and development with a creative approach to event design.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
