Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to students of varying proficiency levels, using modern teaching methodologies.
- Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions tailored to individual learning needs and goals.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans, materials, and assessments to ensure alignment with curriculum standards and student progress.
- Conduct student consultations to assess language skills, identify areas for improvement, and create personalized learning strategies.
- Assist with administrative duties, including student enrollment, attendance tracking, and progress reporting.
- Collaborate with the branch team to organize language workshops, cultural events, and community outreach programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, feedback, and lesson outcomes to support continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on teaching best practices, language trends, and educational technologies to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent teaching experience).
- Proven experience as an English tutor, teacher, or language instructor, preferably in a multicultural or international setting.
- Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) with excellent communication, grammar, and pronunciation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills to engage students of all ages and backgrounds.
- Familiarity with teaching methodologies such as Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) or Task-Based Learning (TBL).
- Ability to create lesson plans, assessments, and educational materials tailored to different proficiency levels.
- Basic administrative and organizational skills to support branch operations.
