Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans in Malay or Tamil aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 2-6.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop bilingual (English/Malay or English/Tamil) curriculum materials.
- Assess and monitor childrenās developmental progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Organize and lead cultural activities, storytelling sessions, and language immersion exercises.
- Maintain open communication with parents to build trust and ensure alignment on educational goals.
- Uphold classroom discipline while encouraging creativity, curiosity, and social skills.
- Participate in professional development workshops and staff meetings to enhance teaching methodologies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or a related field.
- Fluency in Malay or Tamil (written and spoken) with strong English proficiency.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a similar role.
- Passion for working with young children and a patient, empathetic approach to teaching.
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in bilingual education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the target locations.
