Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate brain training activities for children aged 3–6.
- Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Assess and monitor each child’s progress, providing personalized feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and refine educational programs.
- Implement playful yet structured learning techniques to enhance cognitive and social skills.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents to share insights and recommendations for at-home learning.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on early childhood education best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and patient demeanor.
- Creative thinker with the ability to design interactive and effective learning activities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to diverse learning needs.
