Responsibility
- Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they achieve their educational goals.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop and implement tailored learning plans and strategies.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Monitor and document student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and educators.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
- Support the development of students' social skills, independence, and self-confidence.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating learning environment for all students.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with diverse learning needs, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the growth and development of young learners.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and inclusive education practices.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to or already residing in Bali, Indonesia.
