Responsibility
- Engage with pre-qualified leads via phone, email, or in-person meetings to assess their financial needs.
- Provide personalized financial planning advice tailored to clients’ goals, risk tolerance, and life stages.
- Educate clients on investment options, savings strategies, and retirement planning.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, financial plans, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with senior advisors to develop comprehensive financial strategies for clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial products.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a finance, economics, business, or related program (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Basic understanding of financial planning principles (training provided).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and financial software.
- Passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
