Responsibility
- Conduct virtual financial consultations to assess clients’ needs and goals.
- Recommend tailored financial products (insurance, investments, retirement plans).
- Build and maintain a client portfolio through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Educate clients on financial literacy, risk management, and wealth-building strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and service standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.
- Document client interactions and transactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Participate in training programs to enhance advisory skills and certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Proven sales or customer service experience, preferably in financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Basic knowledge of financial products (insurance, mutual funds, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Zoom, CRM software, email).
- Willingness to obtain relevant financial certifications (training provided).
- Residents of Bali with stable internet connectivity preferred.
