Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic pricing models for Sharia-compliant financial products to maximize market penetration and profitability.
- Design and execute promotional campaigns tailored to diverse customer segments in Bali, ensuring alignment with Sharia principles.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure multi-product offerings meet market demands and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel distribution strategies, including digital platforms, branch networks, and partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights specific to the Sharia finance sector in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including religious advisors, community leaders, and business partners.
- Monitor sales performance and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance product positioning and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all Sharia governance frameworks and internal policies in all sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A background in Islamic Finance or Sharia studies is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the financial services or Islamic banking sector.
- Strong understanding of Sharia principles and their application in financial products and services.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and market research techniques.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
