Responsibility
- Oversee daily Cash-in-Transit (CIT) operations, ensuring timely and secure transportation of cash and valuables across designated routes in Bali.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of CIT officers, drivers, and security personnel to maintain operational excellence and adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats during transit, including route planning, incident response, and emergency procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations governing cash handling, transportation, and security standards.
- Collaborate with financial institutions, retail clients, and internal stakeholders to optimize service delivery and address operational challenges.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of cash movements, incidents, and operational reports for auditing and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate with Brinksā regional and global teams to align local operations with company-wide best practices and innovations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Security Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cash logistics, security operations, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures, security protocols, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on risk mitigation and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in using logistics and security management software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid driverās license and willingness to travel within Bali as required.
