Responsibility
- Review and verify loan applications and supporting documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, process, and maintain loan documentation, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures, ensuring timely submission and filing.
- Collaborate with underwriting, legal, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information in loan files.
- Monitor and track the status of loan applications from submission to approval, providing updates to stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of loan documents, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to loan documentation and status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing, documentation, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of loan products, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards (e.g., Bank Indonesia regulations).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with loan management software or CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and clients.
