Responsibility
- Manage and recover outstanding debts from clients in a professional and ethical manner.
- Conduct field visits to clients' locations to discuss and negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate effective debt recovery.
- Provide regular reports on collection activities and progress to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex collection cases.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in debt collection.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel within the Bali region.
