Responsibility
- Coordinate student orientation programs, workshops, and extracurricular activities to enhance engagement and retention.
- Manage student records, enrollment processes, and compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for student inquiries, providing guidance on academic, financial, and personal matters.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to organize campus events, seminars, and cultural programs.
- Develop and implement student support initiatives, including mentorship programs and wellness resources.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, budgets, and administrative documents for departmental and institutional review.
- Monitor student satisfaction and feedback, proposing improvements to services and facilities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in higher education.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in student affairs, administration, or customer service (internships count).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse student populations.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with student information systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
