Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of student accommodation facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage and lead a team of staff, including maintenance, security, and administrative personnel, to maintain high standards.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations to keep the property in optimal condition.
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution to foster a positive living environment.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and resident satisfaction.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective management of resources.
- Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to attract and retain students, maximizing occupancy rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably in student accommodation or residential facilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements for residential properties.
- Proficient in budgeting, financial management, and reporting.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
