Responsibility
- Assist in daily property management operations, including tenant coordination, lease administration, and maintenance requests.
- Support the team in market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in Bali’s real estate sector.
- Help prepare financial reports, budgets, and occupancy forecasts for property portfolios.
- Coordinate site inspections and property viewings for potential clients or investors.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including digital campaigns and open-house events.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth property operations.
- Contribute to sustainability and community engagement initiatives aligned with Country Garden’s values.
- Document and track tenant feedback and service requests to improve satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for real estate, property development, or urban planning.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali for the duration of the internship.
