Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise daily operations of service providers, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and landscaping, to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and manage vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure cost-effective service agreements aligned with budgetary constraints.
- Monitor and report on facility performance metrics, including energy usage, maintenance costs, and tenant satisfaction, to drive continuous improvement.
- Liaise with tenants, property managers, and internal stakeholders to address concerns, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and JLL’s operational policies across all managed properties.
- Oversee emergency preparedness plans, including fire safety, evacuation procedures, and crisis response protocols.
- Utilize facility management software to track work orders, inventory, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities coordination, property management, or a similar role, preferably in a corporate or commercial real estate environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, contracts, and budgets with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices in facility management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS, IBM Maximo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
