As an Estate Executive, you will oversee the cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and overall maintenance of the development, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your leadership will directly impact the satisfaction of stakeholders and the long-term value of the property.
Based in the vibrant region of Badung, Bali, this role offers the opportunity to work in one of Indonesia’s most dynamic real estate markets, surrounded by the natural beauty and cultural richness of the island.
Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning, maintenance, and landscaping activities to ensure the development remains pristine and well-maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, common areas, and infrastructure to identify and address maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with local regulations.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality for maintenance, security, and waste management.
- Oversee budget planning and cost control for estate operations, including utilities, repairs, and capital improvements.
- Lead and train a team of staff, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Handle resident and visitor inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support property development initiatives and enhance the overall resident experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in estate management, property operations, or facility maintenance, preferably in a luxury residential or mixed-use development.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, vendors, and budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficiency in MS Office, property management software, and basic technical tools for reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with Indonesian real estate laws and local regulations in Bali is a plus.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
