As a Casual Leasing Coordinator, you will oversee the end-to-end process of temporary leasing agreements, from client acquisition to contract finalization. Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate casual (short-term) leasing agreements for retail and commercial spaces.
- Identify and engage potential tenants, including pop-up shops, seasonal vendors, and promotional partners.
- Negotiate lease terms, pricing, and conditions to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure spaces meet tenant requirements and mall standards.
- Prepare and review leasing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
- Monitor tenant performance, address concerns, and resolve conflicts promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available spaces and attract high-value tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, payments, and tenant communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing, property management, or retail operations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with leasing contracts, legal terms, and commercial real estate practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM/leasing management software.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
