Responsibility
- Oversee and manage structured cabling projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align project deliverables with business objectives.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to design efficient, scalable cabling solutions tailored to client needs.
- Supervise installation teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., TIA/EIA, ISO) and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cabling infrastructure, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and post-installation documentation.
- Mentor and train junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in structured cabling to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structured cabling, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in copper and fiber optic cabling systems, including design, installation, and testing.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., TIA-568, ISO/IEC 11801) and certification (e.g., BICSI, RCDD) is a plus.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in cabling testing tools (e.g., Fluke, OTDR) and project management software.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and adapt to dynamic work environments.
