Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues, ensuring optimal climate control across all property areas.
- Install, service, and troubleshoot air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and related equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, prioritizing urgent repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize system downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and time spent.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff and external contractors for complex repairs or installations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Plumbing or HVAC Technician, preferably in hospitality or luxury residential settings.
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC units, and general building maintenance.
- Certification in HVAC or plumbing (e.g., EPA 608, local trade certifications) is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
