Responsibility
- Perform installation, calibration, and commissioning of CNC industrial machines at client sites.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in CNC equipment.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to resolve customer inquiries and technical challenges.
- Document all service activities, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and parts replacements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement machine upgrades and modifications.
- Train end-users on proper machine operation, safety protocols, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools required for service operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance, repair, or installation.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine components, control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi), and G-code programming.
- Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) for customer interactions.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in industrial settings.
