Responsibility
- Lead and manage semiconductor-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, vendors, and clients, to ensure project alignment and success.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and deliverables.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to drive collaboration and innovation.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry trends is highly desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
