Responsibility
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement effective repairs.
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts usage, and downtime reports.
- Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize operational disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry regulations during maintenance operations.
- Install and commission new equipment as needed, following technical specifications and manufacturer guidelines.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and operational staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven expertise in mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and best practices in industrial maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Certification in industrial maintenance (e.g., CMMS, electrical licensing) is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks involving lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Fluency in English and/or Indonesian is preferred.
